Shipping Policy
- Shipping is totally free to anywhere in the USA For purchases over $50, if the purchase is less than $50, you must assume the shipping cost that will be calculated at check out.
- The order will be processed within one to two business days and shipping will take three to six days.
- Loved Design is not responsible for any delays or inconveniences that may arise in the shipment by the shipping company, once the order has been delivered to the service provider.
- The customer must provide and verify the valid shipping address, in case of a return due to an error in the data provided, the cost of return to the address will be borne by the customer. LOVED DESIGN is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address, please note: incorrect or missing house/apt number, incorrect street, etc. PLEASE take your time and make sure you provide all the correct information. We are not responsible for unclaimed or rejected orders.
- LOVED DESIGN cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. The service provider will normally determine if the order can be left in a safe and secure place at the delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.
- How do I change my address on an existing order in transit? Once the order has been processed and shipped (in transit) it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping company (USPS) and make the necessary changes (there may be an additional charge). LOVED DESIGN is not responsible for the change of address.
- How do I cancel my order on an existing order in transit? Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order from our customer service department. Once your order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
In case of partial or total loss or damage.
- Each shipment is insured for its commercial value, in case of any damage or total or partial loss, the customer may submit the claim by sending an email to info@loveddesign.us attaching the corresponding documents and the necessary evidence.
- Once the customer's request has been submitted, the estimated response time by the company is between 3 and 12 days maximum to complete the case.
- The customer service area will contact the user to follow up the process until the order is delivered to satisfaction.
