Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy:

You have the right to exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.

To have your right to exchange, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by emailing info@loveddesign.us.

Conditions for returns:

- For exchange purposes, purchases made at the point of sale have no exchanges or refunds, if through our online store or by phone, you must send an email to info@loveddesign.us with a message explaining the reason for the change.

- No refunds.

- In the case of products attached to the body, garments must not be worn or altered in their original state during the exchange process, and the delivery conditions, such as tags and packaging, must be preserved.

- Garments must be in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. no cuts, no loose threads and straps, hooks and accessories included with the product.

- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

 

Product exchanges are made to the same size and color reference. In case of reference change, your price must be equal or higher than the price ordered, as the company does not refund money or letters of credit.

- Requests for replacement garments must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of the product.

- There are no exchanges on Point of Sale or final sale garments due to defective or discontinued products.

- The cost of returning products and shipping new garments shall be borne by the customer. When the garment is received by the facility, the company will contact the customer to pay the corresponding amount.

- Exchange requests are received from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

 

- If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a control garment, please consult your physician prior to purchase.

 

The following products cannot be returned:

- Merchandise to your specifications or clearly customized.

- Supply of goods that are inherently unsuitable for return, such as cosmetics or beauty products that deteriorate rapidly or are found to deteriorate, or are past their expiration date.

- Supply of goods opened after delivery that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions.

 

If you comply with the above return policies, please send the garment to - Loved Design 11459 NW 34 st Doral, Fl 33178 with an indication of the size or color you wish to exchange. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us.

We cannot be responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable courier service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

Important: We remind our customers that some of our products are considered intimate apparel. The company has high quality standards that allow us to accept or not garments that do not comply with the policies for exchange due to hygiene or care conditions.
